The patch attached when applied to the 6.x-1.0 version of print_pdf.module backports the module to drupal 5. No further changes were needed to make the module work properly with drupal 5.

Hi,

I am amazed that it worked for you, as there were some more changes required than the patch you provided.

I still have to test it (a lot) more, but the following patch seems to really convert it to Drupal 5.
