thanks for great module.
I've created a patch for print pdf (dompdf) module. It allows to restrictions for generated pdf file.
Currently It support password protection, copy, edit, print restrictions and regular functionality.
Please test and review it. Thanks!

I think the password protection field should be "password" type. Could you also provide steps to test copy, edit, print restrictions?

So far my understanding is this checkbox's restrict copy, print or edit option but even restricting I can still copy, edit or print PDF.
