Of course. Go into each content type and disable the "Show PDF link" in each of them, except for the ones you want to have it enabled.. A word of caution, it won't affect existing nodes.

To remove links from existing nodes (or specifically nodes created after enabling this module), remove the records from print_node_conf, print_mail_node_conf, etc. tables.

Thanks for posting that! I was just looking for that answer - hadn't tried to change it yet, just installed and knew it could be an issue.
