Front page recommendation is erroneous

This statement:
"You should probably consider using https://www.drupal.org/project/telephone instead. Eventually, the validation and formatting features of this module will be moved into a new module that extends the telephone module in both D7 and D8."

Should be changed to:

"This module is eventually going to be obsoleted by the Telephone module, HOWEVER, you should probably NOT consider using https://www.drupal.org/project/telephone FOR D7 YET. Eventually, the validation and formatting features of this module will be moved into a new module that extends the telephone module in both D7 and D8. If you can live without validation, then telephone is the module you should use. Until Validation is complete, there is no point to using the Telephone backport yet."

Telling people to use a module that is not yet functional is bad practice.
