I have my Pathologic global setting configured to use Full URL, and Pathologic is set as the last item on the list for my Text Format (and set to use the global settings).

Unfortunately though, when I put a link to /node/123 in one of my nodes, it publishes out on the live page as /node/123 and not /my-pathauto-long-page-title
