I have to import the attached csv but it is showing The destination "" URL/path does not exist.

But when I add these redirect by clicking on "Add redirect" in List tab they are adding properly without any issue.

In csv both old url and new url are internal only but I have to give new url as full url because of some rewrite rule in server.

Have you tried the -dev version of Path redirect import? This issue fixes the empty error message: #1820696: Error message does not contain destination URL.
