Error message does not contain destination URL

The error message "The destination "" URL/path does not exist" does not contain the destination URL/path. First of all is their a spelling error in array('@dest' => $redirect->rediect). Furthermore is $redirect->redirect empty when the provided destination is not valid. Therefore should the original provided destination path be used ($data['redirect']).
