pageroute_workflow depends on the usernode module

the readme states this, and furthermore that is still experimental.

Programmatically using the workflow module is a pain, so there will be no stable version for this. But instead I'll write a pageroute states module integration soon, which uses the states module to track users status in a pageroute. Furthermore this will also work without the usernode module..
