Congratulations on such a great distro for Drupal! We are planning on having it installed at our company for managing our internal projects/work.

OpenLucius has almost everything we need except for some simple CRM functionality. Maybe we can build that and release it in Drupal (we also develop Drupal solutions). What do you think, do you see it has something useful or do you have that already in the roadmap?

Thanks!
José

Hi José,

Thanks for the positive feedback, appreciate it!

A CRM is certainly in our backlog, but not concrete on our roadmap at the moment.
Could you please sum up your top 5 CRM function wishlist? That would be helpful.

Hi Joris,

I think my top 5 CRM function wishlist is:

  1. Contact Management
  2. Deal Tracking (create and manage opportunities, track sales pipeline, sales force automation, etc)
  3. Marketing Automation (create and send email marketing campaigns, schedule autoresponders, manage campaigns, etc)
  4. Reporting and Dashboards with KPIs
  5. Product management

If you need it more detailed just let me know ;-)

Cheers,
José

Great, thanks for the input, keeping this open as feature request off course.

+1 for that. Maybe i also can spend some bandwidth on it.

Let's have a look at CRMCore. Erpal also uses it.

Version: 7.x-1.x-dev » 2.0.x-dev

Keeping this open as a feature request for 2.0

7.x is not supported anymore. OpenLucius 2.0 (Drupal 9) is now actively maintained.
