I am installing Open Folio at Bluehost and after I fill out the site information, I get this message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function field_attach_load() in /home1/vangsnes/public_html/folio2/includes/entity.inc on line 321

Any suggestions?

My guess would be not all the files got copied or upload correctly.
