Install of both the dev and production version fail at 67% using MAMP. PHP and mysql values have been adjusted.

The php error log states:

PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/oa/profiles/openatrium/modules/contrib/date_ical/includes/DateIcalFeedsParser.inc on line 32
