Это значит, что поле, в которое был вставлен файл не существует. Почему это происходит - надо разбираться на конкретном случае.

Странно. Проверил машинное название поля содержимого — так и называется — body.
Отмечу, до этого пропадали загруженные картинки, после чего сегодня обновил модуль до dev-версии.

ocupload version: 7.x-2.1
drupal: 7.56

I could reproduce this on a book page but only if I saved the English entity, if I saved the German entity from the same node no error.

English is our system language, German is the source language for translations.
