hook_nodequeue_remove gets called twice when a node is removed from a subqueue.

When using a hook_link to remove a node from a subqueue the hook_nodequeue_remove gets called twice. It gets called once in nodequeue_subqueue_remove_node(), and then again in nodequeue_subqueue_remove.

I've removed the module_invoke from nodequeue_subqueue_remove_node().. I'm not sure how many paths to those functions there are, so removing it from the function lowest in the call stack made sense to me.
