Hello,

In latest version (7.x-2.1) some code was added which depends on Rules module.
If we don't use it, some requests are done without any reason.
I have done a patch to move those requests only if we use Rules module.

Thanks! I think the automated tests weren't started because the patch needs to end in '.patch'? I'm re-uploading the patch, hopefully the tests will launch.

I've changed the path, removing the public/sites/all/modules/contrib/nodequeue prefix.

We need to set the issue to Needs Review as well.
