After trying to figure out why the nodequeue pager was not working all of a sudden, I've determined that it has to do with the update to 7.21

The previous/next for nodes only show intermittently. I've yet to determine what makes them show up.

Has anyone run into this issue?

Is nodequeue pager a module? I'm trying to do something similar but not finding it in the base nodequeue module.

There's a note at the top of nodequeue.module None of the PagerQueries are working, they're all just normal queries for the time being. Hm, looks like that went in back in 2010-10-07. Perhaps unrelated.
