I was just going through module updates, and noticed that 7.x-3.x version of Nodequeue gives the message: "Installed version not supported" and it looks like I can't simply roll back the version to 2.0 - I get database column errors. Is the 3.x branch still supported?

If the answer to that question is yes, will you plan an upgrade migration path for Entityqueue for D8?

And finally, if the answer to that question is yes, where can I look for for the latest information about the status of that upgrade migration path?

7.x-3.x has never been supported. It's state is currently "Use it at your own risks. Feedback and patches are greatly appreciated."

No, it's not currently under development, and hasn't been for a long time. I seriously doubt any more work will be done on 7.x-3.x.
