When adding a new simple queue, the title of the autogenerated block is always "K".

The usual autogenerated title would be "queue 'queue name'".

A lot of blocks named "K" makes it very hard to administer the blocks

I'm unable to reproduce this. Do you see this issue on a clean Drupal install as well?
