To reproduce
(1) install nodequeue_generate and nodequeue on a new drupal site
(2) create exactly one article node (the problem might occur with several or no nodes, but was tested with exactly one).
(3) create one nodequeue called "test" for "article" types
(4) go to admin/structure/nodequeue/generate_nodequeue
(5) select "test" and click "Generate"
(6) this error occurs:
PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 near "ns": syntax error: DELETE ns FROM {nodequeue_subqueue} ns INNER JOIN {nodequeue_queue} nq ON ns.qid = nq.qid WHERE nq.owner = 'smartqueue_taxonomy'; Array ( ) in nodequeue_generate_rehash() (line 129 of /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/_rdc_nodequeue/drupal/sites/all/modules/nodequeue/nodequeue_generate.module).

fizk commentedIt seems SQLite doesn't support multiple-table syntax for the DELETE statement:

I've committed a fix to dev. Let me know if you still see this error.
