One feature I am missing in nodequeue is having a hierarchie in the list which is made by nodequeue. This would simply allow to have different levels within the queue and output the content indented whenever it is level two.

This is going to be a very complicated feature. I'd recommend trying it as a separate module to see if it's possible. Maybe smartqueue would be a good example to start from?

Changing version to 2.x, since the 3.x branch is no longer supported.
