Great module, thanks!
One issue I run into often is wanting something other than a node to be a child or parent. Most often I'm wanting a Views page to be one or the other.
So, I'd love to see (at the very least) Views allowed to be children of nodes. I realize this module is called "node hierarchy", but in the future, it would be great if it were expanded to a full hierarchy system (drupal is getting away from this 'nodes are king and can do stuff that other things can't' philosophy as well). Just my 2 cents.

dgorton commentedYeah - that's a good $.02. We talk about such things as well. Especially with the way fields work in D7, there may be some significant changes like this in the future - like perhaps this becomes some sort of hierarchy field - or we can merge back towards book. D7 plans aren't really made yet (we know they're needed and we will be using this in D7 - we just don't know what those plans will be...)

yareckon commentedThis would be a very important feature to have to make this module generally useful for structuring a site, rather than just as a way to handle a book-like section or two.
Running into this testing out this module in my site right now.
