asherry commentedHi sherakama, thanks for your interest. Do you have any current patches I can look at or past commits? It's good to have a few in order to get a feel for your development and involvement in the module.
If you have any bug fixes or new functionality you should feel free to submit them and we can take it from there if that's ok.

sherakama commentedThanks asherry,
You can look at my project page for the work that I have contributed to d.o: https://www.drupal.org/u/sherakama
A couple of issues that I am currently working on:
and pretty near any project at: https://github.com/SU-SWS or https://github.com/sherakama
I would be happy to keep any/all development for this module in a new branch and have it reviewed prior to adoption. This can be on d.o or github if you like.
Thanks,
Shea

asherry commentedHey Shea, good to hear. Yeah I saw you've been already steadily involved in the community, so that's great.
You can go ahead and start some development ideas in separate branches, I gave you access. Just make sure they have corresponding issues.
Also if you can give the existing issue queue some attention that would actually be a huge help. While new features and development is great, there is a considerable amount of existing work that should really fairly be finished - a lot of great people have submitted ideas / questions / requests that have gone relatively unanswered.

I'm also assuming you'll be looking to eventually maintain only the 7.x+ versions? not 6?

sherakama commentedThanks Alan,
I'll be sure to keep a clean house and keep separate branches/issues going.
I will be working on the 7.x version of the module and not the 6.x. The good news is that I think some of the planned work overlaps with the issues in the queue. The project that will be fuelling this work is still a few weeks away. I reached out early in hopes to get the conversation started and you were much quicker than I anticipated. So thanks for that. Please don't worry if there is no movement for a little while while we get our eggs all in a basket.
Thanks again.
Shea
