This module is awesome, it allows me to create instances of block(as well as custom blocks) and add it to page in different regions using page wizard or context rules. However in a specific usecase, I need to be able to include an instance of a block within a piece of content(node). I have seen implementation of beans using tokens to include within content node. However with multi block, it does not seem to be a possibility. Any other options that would make it work to easily include within a piece of content?

You can use 'display suit' module to achieve this. Create dynamic field with expected block and place that field multiple times within content.
