nodesinblock integration

Is there anyway to integrate http://drupal.org/project/nodesinblock module into this project so we can have multiple instances of content that is placed within a specific block?

nodeblock does this v nicely but obviously that requires creating a block for every instance for me then to duplicate. I like the fact that only 1 block area is created by nodesinblock and then say 10 blocks can be assigned to that one nodesinblock block.

It doesn't work at present as nodesinblock just creates "a container" for blocks to be put in. It would mean multiblock having to specify which piece of content within a block the module is to duplicate.
