I like that this is for Drupal 7, but other than that what does this do differently than
http://drupal.org/project/submitagain or http://drupal.org/project/addanother

The names tell the main difference:

Save and continue - Save and create another

And, the compared two modules provide no cancel button.

I am working on a version for D6. This version will include the functions of http://drupal.org/project/submitagain and http://drupal.org/project/addanother in the More node buttons module. Later be taken over these functions in the D7 version.
