I really like this module - it provides a lot of flexibility.

One this I need to do, is control the animation (fades and wipe on close). As far as I can tell this behaviour is hardcoded into the module. I've managed to achieve what I need by modifying the module directly, but I'd much prefer a less hacky solution.

Could control for this behaviour be exposed via the API?
