Optionally leave message when item caught by skip_on_value

It would be really useful if the skip_on_value plugin could log a message when an item is skipped, this way when you'd look at the status page of a migration group the numbers for IMPORTED, UNPROCESSED and MESSAGES would match the TOTAL number, instead of wondering what happened to those records.
