Do you mean a CCK textfield with no size limit? I see no reason that shouldn't work, are you having a problem with that?

Maybe s/he meant a textfield with (unlimited) multiple values?

Sorry for being tardy in getting back to you. - Indeed, I meant a CCK field with multiple (1 to unlimited) textfields.
