i imported everything from my wordpress site. the import went well. everything is in database. but i cannot see the comments.

i can see comments when

  • im logged in as admin
  • i edit and save the comment as admin(all the comments are missing subject. when i resave, the subject get filled out automatically

i can't see comments when im logged out.

checked permissions: seemed fine.

appreciate any help.

i think i know why. the comment_count field in node_comment_statistics table is all 0. so drupal thinks there is no comments. wonder if there is a script to fix this.

This is an issue in the Migrate module, I've had difficulty reproducing it before but maybe the WordPress Migrate context is a clue...
