After saving a view, the menu-classes are missing. They are restored after flushing the theme-registry.

Any idea what the cause could be?

It also happens after saving a block: the menu-classes are lost. Upon refreshing the theme-registry, the classes re-appear. Apparently menuclasses are forgotten after save actions.
