Project page Documentation link to README.txt gives a 404

On the Memcache project page, I wanted to glance at the project's main documentation file, the README.txt file, and when I clicked on the link it brought me to http://cgit.drupalcode.org/memcache/tree/README.txt?id=refs/heads;id2=7...., which gives a 404 page.

Instead, I believe it should now link to https://git.drupalcode.org/project/memcache/blob/8.x-2.x/README.txt

The 'External documentation' link in the sidebar (driven from the field in the project's settings) should also be updated, even though it redirects properly for now.
