cacheexclude module does this for standard Drupal cache using drupal_page_is_cacheable()

The drupal_page_is_cacheable() function is invoked prior to calling memcache, so this should work fine regardless of the caching backend. If you've tried it and run into problems please re-open documenting what went wrong.
