Media add form should is not usable [#3491901]

Problem/Motivation

If you try to add a Media at /media/add/fotoweb you will get a Fatal Error. Right now we cannot easily make it possible to provide the Fotoweb Widget there, because it is connected to the Media references. I recommend to prevent the possibility to create Media entities there and show a useful warning to the end user. For example like this:
