Settings are reverting changes with a second change

First, thank you for this great piece of work.

I have a problem - if I change something (e.g., header watemark), save and want to make second change (anything), the first change is reverted. The same for fonts etc.

I want to use this theme for non IT people, so it would be a big barrier for them.
