Empty labels on signup form

Hello,

i'm running into this issue: on the signup form (both block and page), the input fields have no labels set. The labels show up in the signup form admin interface, but not when the form is shown to users.

the problem seems to come along with this notice:

Trying to get property of non-object in function mailchimp_signup_subscribe_form() line 320

other problems arise in the mailchimp_insert_drupal_form_tag, lines 1396 1397 1398 1399 1402 1484 1489

basically the thing is the code is supposed to work with objects, in stead i have arrays there.

so i think one could add

if(is_array($mergevar)){
$mergevar = (object)$mergevar;
}

on line 320 of mailchimp_signup.module

does it make sense?

as for the other problems, the thing is those attributes of that object are not there :(. Maybe checks should be added?
