Upon upgrade from 7.x-3.2 to 7.x-3.3, and creating a form with only one list, I see that my single list is displaying, but all of the interest groups are now hidden with display: none.

It looks like the patch for https://www.drupal.org/node/2368307 was not applied to the 7.3 update?

I did apply the patch in the above issue, and the form works as expected again.

Well, it doesn't actually work as expected... Looks like this reintroduces the MailChimp API call to lists/subscribe failed: Internal Server Error issue. It seems this is as simple as the checkbox not being checked, though and not the direction the other thread was going. The form list is hidden, the box doesn't get checked, improper call?

Looks like the first rejected patch for the 7.x-1.2 issue is a better solution than to just change the list count to more than one, as it accounts for if there is only one list and checks the box automatically.

Changed version to 7.x-3.2. For some reason I thought it was 3.2 to 3.3. I am going to add these comments to the proper items instead of making a new items. Sorry for the confusion. I'm marking this as duplicated.
