Error when running LTI Tool Consumers

I use Moodle as consumer LMS. I have received the following messages in the server logs.

When I deselect LTI Tool Provider Outcomes 7.x-1.x-dev the problem disappears. When I select the LTI Tool Provider Outcomes I receive the following message in the server log:

What is causing the "referer: http://wmcash-change.com/". Is that caused by a virus or exploit?
