Hi all. I have installed the latest linkedin plugin on drupal 6.16. I am having a difficulty with the user profile bits. None of it is displaying. Under edit in the user profile, Linkedin only displays "save" and "delete" with no other options. I can manually enter the url to get a token, but entering the url to get the linkedin profile in drupal returns "permission denied."
Any thoughts on this one? I've verified that the settings are correct at linkedin and drupal, and checked my clock settings.

ksonney commentedAlso, I have enabled profile display in the admin panel for the plugin, and verified my api keys are properly entered. twice just to be sure. :)

sharpred commentedI have exactly the same problem with the same versions and verified all my keys etc. also
Comment #3
bellesmanieres commentedDid you check you have the perms to use these features ("display LinkedIn profile" and "update LinkedIn status" at /admin/user/permissions) ?
kayusee commentedI'm having the same problem. I got the Linkedin API Key and Secret Key and set permissions to "display LinkedIn profile" and "update LinkedIn status" at /admin/user/permissions. If I click the Linkedin Tab in Drupal Profile, all you see is "save" and "delete" . I'm using Drupal 6.16. Any help?

bsmith451 commentedI have to add that I also have the same problem. User perms are set for display and and update. keys are installed, goto user edit | linkedin tab and all you get is Save & Delete
Would be nice to resolve this issue.

bsmith451 commentedwarning: array_unshift() [function.array-unshift]: The first argument should be an array in /home2/xxx/public_html/modules/linkedin/linkedin.module on line 248.
This was thrown on Content | add Content | Banner at the top of the page

jayinatlanta commentedSame issue here - can only see "save" or "delete" on the LinkedIn tab of the user profile. All permissions seem correct. And same error being shown on content as bsmith451 described.
davad commentedI'm not able to reproduce this error. Is anyone still having this problem?
kayusee commentedYes, I'm still having the same problem.
davad commented@kayusee Are you using the latest version of the linkedine module? Can you give me some more details about what's going on?
kayusee commented@dave I'm using the latest version of the linkedin module. Say for instance, after you have activated the module and input the key and enabled permissions for the module, all you see is DELETE and SAVE buttons and no form field or any other thing on that page at all.
davad commentedAnd you've enabled the linkedin_profile module? And you've connected the account to a LinkedIn account? If so, can you find any relevant error messages (maybe showing up in your on-screen error messages or maybe showing up in watchdog)?
kayusee commentedThere is no error at all. The page is just blank except the SAVE and DELETE buttons. I've tried on all the Versions of Drupal from 6.16 to 6.22. Same results.

kayusee commentedWhen I turned on the Linkedin Debug, it gave the following error:
Linkedin debug : 401 : No LinkedIn account is associated with this user
Comment #16
brian.sanchez commentedbad tip, but I had no time to see what's wrong.
bad tip: put a period after LinkedIn. or something, then you will see it.
drupal/modules/linkedin
56 $items['user/%user/edit/linkedin'] = array(
57 'title' => 'Linkedin.',
any expert knows why the menu_router creation is not working as expected?..
