hass commentedNot a bug of linkchecker
Comment #2
carvalhar commentedSo, linkchecker doesn't "read" the links created with Ckeditor?
Why it didn't find it?
hass commentedWhy should linkchecker not able to find a link? Make sure the content type is enabled in linkchecker. Check the node source code if there is a link. Make sure there are no colliding input filters and the input filters are in correct order. There are no known issues with cck. It just creates html and if the html is correct there are no issues. Check linkchecker tables if in question if all links have been extracted.
Provide CLEAR reports whats going wrong with all details.

hass commented#832388: Invalid URI's not normalized / dot-segments not removed is the only known issue, but may be caused by an additional module.

ds2011 commentedSo, I'm not sure this is the right place to post this question, but I couldn't find a topic that matched what I'm running into. Basically, whenever I write anything resembling a URL into ckeditor, it automatically turns it into a live link.
For example, if I write
www.yourdomain.comit turns it into a link, instead of leaving it as plain text. I found a ckeditor drupal tutorial that explains how to use the<code>or<strong>tags to prevent ckeditor from automatically generating these links, but is there some better way to do so, like changing ckeditor's settings? It seems really tedious to have to keep placing strong tags and code tags around these types of URL's.
