Release notes

This release contains three patch fixes ported from the upcoming 7.x-5.x release:

Issue by clarticus: fixed the query for parent entities for field collections to return full entities instead of short representations
Issue by clarticus: implemented a lingotek-specific way to find host entities for field collections in order to avoid array_flip errors
Issue per clarticus: added back the ability to modify FPRM filters, and added the ability to reset them to factory defaults
