Provisioning from LDAP to Drupal mapping not working

Hello,

I have set up some users fields that I would like to be populated by our LDAP once a user logs in or a new account is created in Drupal. My LDAP is an OpenDirectory on IIS. When testing the ldap server within Drupal 7, it returns a listing of the ldap entry array, attributes and tokens. However, when I set the provisioning with in the LDAP user setting for from LDAP to Drupal mappings and log in as a user, the Drupal users fields are empty. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Please help.
