Make Ajax response alterable from Layout Paragraphs operations

Problem:

Ideally, developers would be able to easily alter the Ajax response from various Layout Paragraphs operations.

Proposed Solution:

Dispatch a custom LayoutParagraphsAjaxResponse event containing an alterable AjaxResponse object when returning a response from relevant controller and form methods.
