You can see that the User Image moves out of box when the comment is of only single line.

Again this is a well known bug of IE6 (http://edin.no-ip.com/content/is-time-kick-away-ie6, http://www.gtalbot.org/BrowserBugsSection/MSIE6Bugs/), and so won't fix by design.
