Need ownership to regional IRC Channel

I had created #drupal-pk channel 5 years ago, but at that time I missed
something about GUARD a channel that was the reason that channel I am not a
channel owner anymore.

Recent I decided to be active on #drupal-pk group. I sent an email to
freenode for the support to take ownership but they reply if contact from
main #drupal channel will request us then we will give you ownership.

Can you please request to freenode to give me ownership of #drupal-pk which
was created by me and even added into the list by me

Hi,

freenode-staff is a pseudo account, it inherited the channel because the
owner account got dropped.

On how to reclaim it: as this is in the drupal namespace (#drupal-*), one of
the drupal group contacts has to ask us to transfer it to you. Best go to
#drupal to find one of these group contacts and check with them.
