When I view the link for an image it is this: http://SITENAME/force-download?filename=files/imagecache/1280x1024/files...
When I then try and download the file, it removes the forward slashes and replaces them with hyphens: C:\DOCUME~1\UNO~1.DEW\LOCALS~1\Temp\files-imagecache-1280x1024-files-wallpapers-DSCN1211.jpg
It seems like it renames the filename, or is that the case? It gives the error:Can't read file header! Unknown file format or file not found!

drewish commentedcan you upload one of the resulting downloads?
also what's up with that url? what does force-download?filename mean? do you have some other modules that are doing file transfers?
