I am having problems with imagecache and I need to reinstall it, but there is no uninstall file, so I am supposed to touch the database manually. I would rather use a standardized way of doing it with the uninstall option.

Tested against latest code tagged with DRUPAL-5.

Install -> uninstall -> reinstall worked fine.
