i don't understand why i have this error in two point
this is my htaccess : in the file folder

i have a multisites

first when i add a preset in the settings -> i have fill the preset manualy in phpmyadmin
second : when i validate a cck node with a cck image field
...
any idea ?

the problem with cck is a subform module problem
it's ok when i remove this field

I am having the same problem.
When attempting to change the resize values, just after I create a preset, I get an "Internal server error".
If I knew how it was to be formated I'd put them in phpMyAdmin.

I tried starting with a new database and only cck, image field, and imagecache(release and dev).
changed .htaccess as prescribed.

So there's a workaround? Please explain how I can get this working.

ok, following the recommendation in previous a issue Problem when creating and updating actions #9

create a php.ini file in the root of your drupal install to turn off magic quotes. Then add the line ...

magic_quotes_gpc=off

So it appears I'm running php via cgi (GoDaddy shared)
Does this need to be on a notice on the settings page. or detect this issue on install and create a php.ini? /noob suggestion

I think issue this can be merged as a duplicate of that one.
