Create a 6.x-1.2 release

The fix in #539780: Adding to scripts using preprocess page no good. was commited on 10th September 2009, after 6.x-1.1. It fixes an important issue that stops ie6update working in a number of cases (for example 6.x-1.1 won't work with any version of jquery_update).

Can we get a 1.2 official release, or at the very least a 1.x-dev?

The fix in 539780 will probably fix a number of other issues in the issue que. It changes the way the script is added to the page and fixes issues that could arrive when this module interacts with others. Could possibly fix:
