I am using usb modem, so my IP is dynamic and usually saved on Http:BL, but I am not spammer, any other can be.

So I am trying open any link on drupal.org, it's redirect me to whitelist:

Well, there I fill data (usually it's happen each day):

Now my original link is lost, and I am redirected to front page:

Is it possible fix this behaviour to redirect correctly to original link?
