This module provides basic integration with Help Scout's Beacon (https://www.helpscout.net) - A helpdesk tool. Allowing people to submit support tickets or chat from your Drupal site.
This module does not have any other dependancies other than Drupal core, but you'll need to create a Beacon on your Help Scout's site.
At the moment this is just a very simple integrate but I do plan to look at integrating some more options using: https://developer.helpscout.com/beacon-2/web/javascript-api/
