The Integrate Help Scout's Beacon module provides a very basic integration with Help Scout's Beacon - a helpdesk tool. Allowing people to submit a support ticket from the admin section of your Drupal 7 site.
The module does not have any other dependencies other than Drupal core, you'll need to create a Beacon on your Help Scout's site.
Installation
- Enable the module.
- Click the configure link on the modules list or navigate
- http://example.com/admin/config/services/help-scout-beacon
- Enter your form id and click save.
- Navigate to Drupal's permission pages and set the required permissions.
